Staff is so lovely. I went into the store looking to send flowers to a co-worker who recently lost a family member and the staff was so kind and caring about picking out options. Once they had made the bouquet I received photos of what the flowers looked like before they were sent out. They are amazing and really know what they are doing.

Placed an order this morning at 9:15am after calling requesting a delivery before 1pm today. Carla was so lovely & very accommodating, she assured me it would be possible to get this organised. Just received these beautiful flowers and even earlier than expected, at 11:30am! Thank you so much Carla :)

Beautiful flowers arranged same day and I picked them up on the way home with no delivery charges! Well wrapped for the train ride too! I asked for orange flowers to be included in the arrangement and they were happy to accommodate at no extra charge. I'm very happy and will be back!!

I came down to visit someone very special and wanted to source the persons favorite flowers despite them being out of season. Flower Nook went above and beyond to source them from a supplier, so they would be ready when I came to Adelaide. Absolutely stunning and amazing service.

A hiccup occurred and my mum didn’t receive her birthday flowers so i communicated with Tegan and she went above and beyond to make sure my mum got her special birthday bouquet and issued a refund. Accidents happen, we are all only human but I am so thankful for her acceptance and fixing of the issue. There are not a lot of businesses that would accept fault and rectify it. Very pleased!

I absolutely love Tegan and the team at The Flower Nook! Until I recently started working in the city, I had not used the flower nooks services before, however now I will not go elsewhere! The flowers are stunningly fresh and exotic, very fairly priced for the effort, skill and mastery the team have putting these pieces of work together! I’ve bought flowers for condolences, for leaving gifts, for birthdays and for my daughters for Valentine’s Day - and every single bunch has been the most amazing masterpiece! Tegan and the team take the time to listen, consider and thoroughly think through every occasion and effectively match my needs to the best bouquet! 🌸 5 stars isn’t enough! I walked into this charming flower shop just “fancying me a peony” (as one does), and walked out with more than just a bloom—I left smiling like I got sunshine in a vase. The lovely lady who helped me was kind, graceful, and clearly knew her flowers. She made my quick visit feel like a mini escape from the day. You don’t always expect a warm human moment with your flower runs, but I got one—and a gorgeous peony, too. Highly recommend! 🫶🏻

A one stop shop for all your gifting needs. Same day delivery with user friendly website. Absolutely fabulous company. Tegan and staff are always really helpful and are very flexible when customizing bouquets. Their flowers are always glorious and last a good length of time as well! Highly recommend to anyone!
